General Comments:

This was a run I've been wanting to do ever since I got a hold of this game, but haven't been able to do a proper recording until the release of the PSP-3000 in October 2008. The remake opens up some new possibities for speed runs, including this one. Achieving the best ending involves (at minimum) saving Tera, Iris, and Annette. You can also save Maria, but she is not required for getting the best ending.

Saving/Using Maria changes the route in comparison to using Richter only and thus will be classified as a different category for SDA record purposes (much like Richter only is in Rondo of Blood).

Timing on this site includes resets. Timer starts when the cutscene is skipped in Stage 0 and ends when the orb is collected in Final (Stage 8).
